Q1 Can I take a trial lesson?
You can take private and classroom trial lessons.
For private lesson you need to pay 2000yen for one hour.
Classroom lessons are free for one hour. If you decide to take the lesson,
payment is required for one month after the class. If you decide not to take the class, please leave the class in one hour.

Q2 What should I do when I can not go to a private lesson for some reason?
Please contact your teacher one day in advance. You can make the lesson up. You can carry over the lesson to the next month.
If you do not contact us, we can not refund or give you a make up lesson.

Q3 What should I do when I can not go to the class lesson for a long period of time?
Please contact your teacher when you need to be absent from class for a long time.
As a special case, you do not need to pay the fee for one month but need to pay 2300yen for one lesson.

Q4 Do you have a designated textbook for your lessons?
No. You and your teacher discuss your options and decide on a textbook that is best suited to your needs and level.

Q5 What kinds of teachers are there at NPO Chikyu-Gakko?
All of our teachers are qualified and well experienced.
